Permits & Licenses Info
Town Clerk's Office, at the Town Hall, 100 Station Road, Westmoreland, New York. Licenses must be purchased 24 hours before the ceremony is to be performed and after purchase, are valid for 60 days.
Marriage applicants must be 18 years of age, a photo identification plus a birth certificate must be shown.
Previously married applicants must show a divorce decree or a death certificate to obtain a new license. Both applicants must appear in person. The license must be used in New York State.
