Oneida County announces that a quarentine of dogs running at large, started January 13, 2010, and will continue until April 15, 2010.
Article 7, Section 122, of the New York State Agriculture and Markets Law, prohibits all dogs from running at large. All dogs must be confined or under the direct control of their owners. Dogs that are found off their owner's property, can be picked up as strays, by the Dog Control Officer.
